• Leasa Mayer, President

    Leasa Mayer is a Certified Meeting Planner, former President of the Washington State Chapter of Meeting Professionals International, and a 25-year business partner with John Oppenheimer, founder of CRG. Leasa joined CRG in 1987 as an event planner and worked her way up to become President in 1996 and owner in 2000. Under her leadership, CRG Events has developed into a full-service event management company, working with outstanding clients to produce meaningful events.

    In addition to her work with CRG, Leasa sits on the Board of Directors of Amara, a non-profit organization with the mission of finding permanent, loving homes for all children in King County and of the Wellness Foundation. In 2004 she was recognized by the Puget Sound Business Journal as one of their Influential Women of the Year, and in 2007 was a finalist for the prestigious Nellie Cashman Award. 

  • Molly King, Executive Vice President

    Molly King became one of the first employees in CRG's Housing and Registration department in 1997. Since 2001 Molly has led that department, bringing her high standards of customer service and commitment to serving the needs of her attendees. In 2011 Molly took on the role of Executive Vice President, and has added the management of CRG’s daily operations to her list of accomplishments.

  • Carrie Hanley, Senior Vice President, Sales

    Prior to joining CRG in July 2002, Carrie Hanley spent her career in the world of high-tech, selling software applications in the areas of mechanical engineering, product data management and enterprise application integration. As Senior Vice President of Sales for CRG, Carrie is responsible for leading the efforts on new business development and managing the CRG sales team. Carrie is also focused on developing partnerships that will leverage CRG's services and solutions thereby expanding CRG’s presence in the events industry.

  • Kimberly Searing, Chief Financial Officer

    In her role as Chief Financial Officer, Kimberly is responsible for CRG financial reporting, accounting and cash management and the implementation of policies and procedures. Prior to joining CRG, Kimberly was the Chief Financial Officer and Controller for two large transportation companies and also spent five years in the public accounting industry. Specializing in business performance management, Kimberly is a CPA and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the CRG team.

  • Deanne Bryan, Vice President, Event Management

    Deanne Bryan is responsible for ensuring the Event Management team’s successful efforts which result in greater ROI for clients. She is focused on training and continuously innovating to meet our client’s business goals. Deanne began working at CRG as a customer service representative while in college and over the years she has served in both the Registration and Event Management departments. Working from the bottom up has provided Deanne with an immeasurable amount of insight into CRG’s business objectives and an understanding of the synergy of services we provide across departments.
