Event Highlights:
The goals for this meeting were to bring together global employees to discuss the launch of a new product, increase morale as well as reward top producers for their achievements during the previous fiscal year. The event included a welcome reception, product fair, general session, breakout meetings, awards ceremony, and four evening events. Attendees registered on a CRG registration website. The website was very useful to CRG’s logistic and onsite registration planning, as the website gathered hotel room requests, flight information, activity preferences and shoe and shirt size for the giveaways onsite.

CRG developed a strategic use of venue space, with a total of 20 room turns in which CRG converted a room depending on how the space was being utilized. The main session stage alone was transitioned three times, from daily general session, to an engaging and exciting atmosphere for a product launch and finally for an elegant awards ceremony. Combining the atmosphere and existing decor at the Red Rock Resort with the event decor brought in helped create a visually interesting and engaging event in a cost-effective manner.

CRG’s logistical expertise was instrumental in refining the execution of this event, allowing it to progress to the next level and raise the bar for attendee experience in years to come in terms of staging, production and overall organization. Physio-Control accomplished their conference goals, and attendees remarked it was the best of the annual event they had been to and are eager for next year.
