CRG has worked with The National Bureau of Asian Research, a nonprofit, nonpartisan research institution, on the annual Pacific Health Summit (PHS) since 2005. The Summit attendees include approximately 300 of the best minds in science, policy, industry, medical practice and public health. A cross-section of top leaders from key countries attend the Summit to specifically address the policy issues involved with the transformation of health care based on emerging science and technology.
CRG manages all event logistics, online registration and onsite check-in. PHS 2008 included two days of sessions, working breakfasts and lunches, evening events at Bell Harbor Conference Center and Olympic Sculpture Park, press events, private dinners and transportation for attendees. With such a high-level of attendees, safety and discretion is imperative. From the badge plan, onsite security and working with the Port of Seattle and the City of Seattle, CRG ensures a secure environment where attendees can focus on discussing emerging policies. The onsite registration team is trained to recognize the VIP’s among those who register to ensure they receive individual attention and exceptional customer service. Logistics was executed with event goals in mind, by developing room sets to encourage panel discussion and brainstorming, and designing menus to align with the 2008 event theme of ‘world nutrition'.
