Event Highlights:
CRG planned and provided registration services for a financial services company Premier Group, which honors top achievers with a memorable and inspiring experience at some of the top resorts on the Hawaiian Islands. CRG collaborated with our client to develop creative elements, concepts and designs that invoked the "VIP touch" and demonstrated appreciation for the attendees’ achievements. CRG coordinates a welcome reception at the host hotel, followed by several days of sponsored activities around the island, a teambuilding activity, an awards dinner and final night party.
CRG creates a true sense of "Aloha" at the welcome reception, by giving attendees a taste of the islands with entertainment such as a group of conch shell blowers, a trio of chanters and a Kahuna to bless the evening. For the evening events, the attendees are treated to traditional Hawaiian “experiences”, such as Hawaiian luaus with interactive activity stations that include Niihau shell lei demonstration, Tiki wood carving, Kahuna or Hawaiian healing station, puka shell necklace and anklet making and ti leaf lei making. CRG has helped produced some amazing and unforgettable award nights, such as an evening on the USS Missouri in Pearl Harbor and out of the ordinary themed evenings such as Secret Garden. For the secret garden themed awards night, the resort ballroom was completely transformed with a dense canopy of trees and foliage, water treatments, imported floral centerpieces and crystal chandeliers, and a harpist.
