F5’s International Sales Conference hosts 745 internal staff members from 35 different countries, to review the year’s progress and to unveil plans and training for the next fiscal year. Employees registered to attend the conference through an online registration website developed by CRG. The branded website was a one-stop place for attendees to find information about the event, provide their contact information for registration, answer event-specific survey questions, sign up for workshops, request airport pick-up and select hotel accommodations and roommates. Upon arrival, the CRG registration staff provided individual welcome packets at check-in, with personalized agendas, overall event agenda, conference material and name badges.
The CRG logistics team coordinated general session, 50 side meetings, 56 speakers, a welcome reception, evening dinners at local restaurants and a final night party. General session was designed to be engaging, with a dynamic stage set with a water feature backdrop and Audience Response Devices, which allowed attendees to interact with the session presenters. To balance all day meetings inside, attendee enjoyed the local weather with breakfast and lunches located outside in an air-conditioned tent. The final night party took place at the Empire Polo Club and featured entertainment by Presidents of United States, The Blakes and an F5 employee band and DJ. Concert t-shirts were given out as an incentive and keepsake from the party when attendees returned their event evaluations.
