Event Highlights:
F5’s International Sales Conference hosts internal staff from 34 different countries, to review progress made since the last meeting and to unveil plans and training for the next fiscal year. The CRG team focused on providing cost savings for F5 through strategic negotiations and brainstorming, resulting in savings of $50,000. Solutions included negotiating with the hotel for both a reduced rate for wireless and an attrition credit, while providing F5 with recommendations for redirecting those funds to other aspects of the event.
Registration was held outside in a courtyard the first day of the event- a nice way to welcome attendees in the warm California sun. After registering, they were offered beverages at a complimentary bar next to the registration tables. This was an excellent way to kick off the event and a popular place for the attendees to mingle. Flight changes and delays because of the surrounding wildfires posed challenges to managing attendee transportation, but the teamwork between CRG and the event DMC ensured all transportation needs were accommodated.
