Selected by a panel of Microsoft executives, recipients of the MSVP Excellence Awards are recognized for their exceptional service. CRG developed a new registration process, database, online event registration website and customer service plan that supported event participants during Microsoft's Tech•Ed North America event, which helped to secure the award.
