Leasa Mayer, President

Leasa Mayer is a Certified Meeting Planner, former President of the Washington State Chapter of Meeting Professionals International, and a 15-year business partner with John Oppenheimer, founder of CRG. Leasa joined CRG in 1987 as an event planner and worked her way up to become President in 1996 and owner in 2000. Over the years, CRG Events has developed into a full-service event management company, working with outstanding clients to produce meaningful events.

In addition to her work with CRG, Leasa sits on the Board of the Nutrition for Wellness Foundation and in 2004 was recognized by the Puget Sound Business Journal as one of their Influential Women of the Year.

Carrie Hanley

Carrie Hanley, Senior Vice President, Sales

Prior to joining CRG in July 2002, Carrie Hanley spent her career in the world of high-tech, selling software applications in the areas of mechanical engineering, product data management and enterprise application integration. As Senior Vice President of Sales for CRG, Carrie is responsible for leading the efforts on new business development and managing the CRG sales team. Carrie is also focused on developing partnerships that will leverage CRG's services and solutions thereby expanding our presence in the events industry.

Kimberly Searing

Kimberly Searing, Chief Financial Officer

In her role as Chief Financial Officer, Kimberly is responsible for CRG financial reporting, accounting and cash management and the implementation of policies and procedures. Prior to joining CRG, Kimberly was the Chief Financial Officer and Controller for two large transportation companies and also spent five years in the public accounting industry. Specializing in business performance management, Kimberly is a CPA and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the CRG team.

Molly King

Molly King, Senior Vice President, Registration Services

Molly King became one of the first employees in CRG's Housing and Registration department in 1997. From small executive meetings to large conferences and roadshows, Molly has managed a wide range of events and has secured several repeat clients. Molly manages all members of the registration team including registration specialists and our customer support center. Her high standard of customer service and commitment to serving the needs of her attendees is evident in her continual research and implementation of new procedures and technology to enhance the attendee registration experience.

Shamus Daily

Shamus Daily, Director of Technology

Shamus oversees the development of innovative and comprehensive web applications to serve our clients' online registration needs. He leads a team of technology professionals who thrive on collaboration to research, design and develop solutions that utilize emerging technologies and align with CRG's business strategy. Shamus is committed to implementing the most current security and privacy best practices and takes great pride in the measures CRG takes to ensure personal data is secure and protected. In addition to researching and developing new technologies, Shamus is also focused on employee development and satisfaction, profitability and quality of service. During his career, Shamus has served as a senior developer, IT manager, and technology consultant.

Deanne Martin

Deanne Martin, Director of Event Management

As the Director of Event Management, Deanne Martin leads CRG’s Event Management team and is responsible for ensuring the team’s successful efforts result in greater ROI for clients. She is focused on training her team and continuously innovating to meet our client’s business goals by providing strategic event consultation. Deanne began working at CRG as a customer service representative while in college and over the years she has served in both the Registration and Event Management departments. Working from the bottom up has provided Deanne an immeasurable amount of insight into CRG’s business objectives and an understanding of the synergy of services we provide across departments. She has planned a wide range of events in her career at CRG, including conferences, incentives, tradeshows and executive level events, which have given her a comprehensive understanding of the many overall components required of a successful event.
